I am finally staying away from the rotting tissue of dead animals that were born, raised and slaughtered in cruelty, misery and fear, and I'm doing a organic raw food challenge for 1 month, mixed with lemon water fasting on certain days, and lots of salt water flushes to clean out my digestive tract, and especially the waste central - colon!, mixing that with lots of yoga and meditation, and the three RRR's. Maigosh, am I being good and reaping the rewards or what!!!?
