Meanwhile, my first attempt at making home-made marshmallows has not turned out well, so I think that I'll be making somthing easier tonight.

Ingredients: 1 TBS plain gelatin, 1/2 cup sugar, 6 oz can of frozen orange? concentrate, 1 cup water, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 cup whipping cream, and 1 graham cracker pie? crust.
Instructions: Mix gelatin, sugar, salt, and water in a small sauce pan; heat until gelatin dissolves. Stir in concentrated juice. Stirr and chill until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Whip cream and fold into mix. Pour into crust and chill.
