I joined WW after they started doing points plus. Did the calculations change on foods from an older calculator they had? I heard at meetings that after you have your 5 servings of fruits and/or veggies to count each one after that as a point. When I was loosing I would eat 2 bananas a day as a filler, and? not touch my weekly points. It's so different for everyone.

By: CreativeTouch32. on 01 Jan 12, 16:37:02 ;-) i guess its just all in the food choices...i eat a lot of whole grains and stuff, but when I counted my calories vs my 29 points i was at almost 1800 cal (this is including my free foods) and that is way to much for me lol Im only like 5 feet tall, so I have to really watch the calories....lol But like i said the old plan was great, i lost almost 40lb (b4 I got preggers)? but I guess it's just time for a change. we shall seee

I found that I would? get to 1200 calories and be at only 18 points. The fruit does make a difference. I decided to stay with WW because I like the support and the accountability. I talked with the WW leader and what works for me is I take only two fruits free a day. Anything after that I count for two points. It really has helped.

I knew I had to keep myself fully accountable and with free things I am not. Those are calories I'm not counting. Instead of having a deficit of? 500 calories a day, you end up with an extra 500 that your not magically counting. Lol!!

Once you've eaten your allotted daily 5 servings you need to start counting them. She said count 1 point per serving.
