Personal touches: After adding the tomato soup,? I garlic pressed 3 cloves into the mix. Then I added about 2 handfuls of chopped parsley I had left over in the fridge. Then I let it simmer for 20 minutes.
To finish it off, I added 1/2 cup of fat-free sour cream, and served with a side of steamed broccoli.
And yes, every bit of it tasted *divine*.
It even microwaves well, to boot!
