A lot of nuts and seeds and almond butter... It's a problem I must solve as soon as possible. I want to stay healthy and fit in clothes.

I'm extremely underweight and must gain weight as? fast as possible because it's not healthy to be so skinny. I am 167cm tall and have 50 kilos what means a BMI of 17,9.
