Just looking at the noodles it looks refined and processed and then I ran into a video posted? by okraw titled "Are Kelp Noodles by Sea Tangle a raw food ? Kelp Noodle are used in many raw foods recipes" and he basically proved a point, what do you think about his video ani??

I agree,? the noodles are a processed food. I only use them occasionally, when I want that "cooked pasta" texture for a raw spaghetti.
Otherwise, I use zucchini noodles or another veggie that I slice with the spiralizer (makes great noodles) :)
